Robert was raised in Georgetown, and so it was only natural that when he decided to set down roots in a community, he chose to establish his home and practice in Georgetown County. Happily married and the proud father of two children, Robert enjoys life in the SC Lowcountry from both personal and professional angles.
After graduating with a BA from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, Robert went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. Robert was admitted to the bar in 1995, and has been in an active practice of the law during the fifteen years since then. He hasn’t only been a lawyer, though; Robert served in the South Carolina Army National Guard from 1986 until 2005, ending his service commissioned as a Captain in the Field Artillery. He attends church at Belin Methodist in Murrells Inlet, SC, and has served the community as well by sitting on numerous community-related boards and committees.
Robert is Admitted to Practice in all South Carolina Courts, and all Federal District Courts in South Carolina.
Robert’s primary areas of practice include consumer litigation, real estate-related litigation, complex litigation, and injury related litigation including workers compensation.
